Description: This London Dry Gin is distilled with a number of traditional botanicals with the hero botanical being the exotic Jara citrus fruit. Using a slow distillation technique, which creates the smoothness, gives ‘Valkyrie’ a citrus finish that is both light and full. The traditional botanical mix is adjusted to underscore the citrus and let the zest and brightness of the Jara sparkle.

Aroma: Light and sparkling on the nose.
Palate: Delicate and smooth on the palate.
Finish: Deep spiced and opulent citrus finish.
Serving Selection: A wedge or Jara fruit if you can find it! Failing that, a citrus slice or twist, like lemon or lime, light tonic and ice.
