The palate displays wonderful, ripe, juicy black-cherry fruit which marries harmoniously with vivid, cedary new oak to create an oppulent mid-palate with both gripping & supple tannins. The wine combines lovely structure, great freshness, balanced alcohol & superb length. This wine may pair with roast Duck and Chicken, Parmesan and Cheddar cheese, Dark Chocolate.
