Description: First planted in 1866, Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard is widely regarded as one of the first vineyards in the Hunter Valley. The grapes are hand harvested, crushed and pressed with the juice fortified with Brandy spirit. This is then cellared in old French oak barrels for only a few years in order to maintain freshness.
Aromas: An intensely lifted nose of fresh strawberries and cream. Musk perfume with floral notes rise from the glass, lifted by complex aromas from 11 years old Brandy Spirit used to fortify this wine.
Palate: The palate has sweet cherries and strawberries with a long, delicate flavour that finishes fresh and clean.
