Description: Kyoto Distillery is the first whiskey distillery in Kyoto, located in Kyotanba Town, central Kyoto Prefecture. Kyotanba Town is located in the Tamba Plateau area and has an excellent natural environment for making whiskey. The Yura River not far from the winery is known as a natural fishing ground and is rich in natural resources.
Botanical ingredients used: juniper berries (two origins), coriander seeds, yuzu peel, orange peel, Sichuan peppercorns, black pepper, cinnamon, Kyoto prefecture flower Nadeshiko, matcha uses a unique combination of 10 plants, including Japanese cinnamon and Kyoto prefecture Flower - Nadeshiko, showing a mild spicy flavour and a light aroma of Nadeshiko flowers. It has a smooth texture that can be enjoyed on the taste buds.
