Cocktail Recipe: Corralejo Tequila Tropical
Ingredients:
2 ounces Corralejo Añejo 1 ounce pineapple juice 1 ounce lime juice ½ ounce simple syrup 5 dashes aromatic bitters
Preparation:
1. Add all ingredients except the bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice;
2. Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients;
3. Strain into your glass over crushed ice;
4. Top with aromatic bitters;
5. Garnish & Enjoy.
Cocktail Recipe: Anejo Manhattan with Corralejo Tequila
Ingredients:
4 parts Corralejo añejo tequila
1 part Navan vanilla liqueur
Dash sweet vermouth
Dash bitters
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir with a bar spoon or swizzle stick and strain into a chilled glass.

Cocktail Recipe: Blood Orange Margarita with Bitters
Ingredients:
1.5ounces(45ml) fresh Blood Orange Juice
1ounces(30ml) Corralejo Anejo Tequila
1/2ounce(15ml) Simple Syrup
1/2ounce(15ml) fresh Lime Juice, or to taste
few dashes Orange Bitters
Kosher or Sea Salt for rimming the glass
Preparation:
Rub the rim of two old fashioned glasses(or whatever glass you prefer)with an edge of a blood orange wedge or leftover rind. Swirl the rims through a small pile of kosher or sea salt to salt them. Add one or two large cubes into the glasses.
Combine blood orange juice, tequila, simple syrup, lime juice, and bitters in an ice filled shaker. Add a left over rind or two from the blood oranges.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, then strain into the salted glasses. Serve or drink immediately and with leisure.

Ingredients:
1ounce Corralejo Anejo Tequila
1ounceAperol
1/2ounceorange liqueur
1/2ouncefresh orange juice
1ouncefresh lime juice
2dashes orange bitters
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Cap and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a short tumbler filled with ice. I think the color alone here makes this cocktail gorgeous, but if you feel the need to garnish, you can add an orange wedge or strip of orange zest.
