
At Frederiksdal we produce cherry wine - but since 2013 we have also produced a liqueur. During the last hundred years, Denmark has had a large liqueur production on the unique sour cherry: Stevns cherry. Up through the 1980s the quality was shrinking and today the liqueur has almost disappeared. We have taken up the old tradition and have renewed and refresh the liqueur to new standards.
