Nose: Refined, elegant and fresh with honey, apricot and caramel notes.
Palate: Lingering on the palate, well-rounded in style. Fresh in the attack with pear and apple flavours.
Conclusion: Jammy fruit and touch of caramel.
Editor Choice: This Whisky was aged in used white American oak barrels. Months before bottling, it was transferred into Mizunara casks(Japanese oak) to add roundness and spice.
Notes of coconut, caramel, smoke and cooked fruit on the palate.
