Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint glimmer of green to the outskirts and a watery hue.Delightful pear, green apple and lime aromas mix with fresh herb and subtle wet stone notes. Pale lemon with aromas of lemon, jasmine and red apples. Ideal with appetisers, fish dishes, shell fish and white meat. Makes an excellent aperitif.
