Cocktail Recipe: Tonic & Lime with Don Maddero Blanco
Ingredients:
- 2 oz (or 60ml ) Don Maddero Blanco
- 4 oz (or 120ml ) tonic water
- Lots of lime
Preparation:
- Pour the Don Maddero Blanco into a balloon or highball glass full of ice.
- Fill to the brim with tonic water and throw in lime wedges to taste. Now sit back, sip and enjoy the moment.
Cocktail Recipe: Mojito with Don Maddero Blanco
Ingredients:
- 2 oz (or 60ml ) Don Maddero Blanco
- 4 oz (or 120ml ) club soda
- 9 fresh mint leaves
- 0.5 lime, cut into quarters
- 1 teaspoon of muscavado sugar
Preparation:
- Crush the Don Maddero Blanco, mint leaves, lime quarters and sugar in a tall glass.
- Add the and fill the glass with ice.
- Pour in the club soda and stir, stir, stir.
- To finish, add a lime wedge and fresh sprig of mint.
Cocktail Recipe: Rum Punch with Don Maddero Blanco
Ingredients:
- 10 mint leaves, torn or thinly sliced
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce aged rum
- 1 ounce fresh orange juice
- 1 ounce mango nectar or juice
- 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
- Ice
- 1 pineapple wedges
Preparation:
In a pitcher, combine all of the ingredients except the ice and pineapple wedges, refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
Stir well and serve over ice in red wine glasses.
Garnish each drink with a pineapple.
