Ingredients:
2 oz apple cider
2 oz Ron Maddero Extra Añejo
4 oz ginger beer
1 lime
Preparation:
Combine apple cider, Ron Maddero Extra Añejo, ginger beer, and juice of half of the lime in a cocktail shaker or tall glass and stir until combined. Cut the other half of the lime into wedges, and serve in a tall glass over ice.

- 3/4 ounce Don Maddero Dorado

- 1 lime twist, for garnish
Preparation:

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces Don Maddero Extra Anejo
- 1/4 cantaloupe—peeled, seeded and cut into cubes, plus 1 cantaloupe wedge
- 1 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- Dash of Orange Bitters
- 6 ounces crushed ice
- 1 mint sprig
Preparation:
In a blender, puree all of the ingredients except the cantaloupe wedge and mint sprig. Pour into a snifter and garnish with the cantaloupe wedge and mint sprig.
