The winery is based in the village of Shalauri in Kakheti. Equipped with cutting-edge European technology and a state-of-the-art laboratory, enabling Rtvelisi to make the best quality wines and spirits. Rtvelisi is planning to expand to other vineyards across Georgia in order to provide the wine lovers across the globe with the most rare and unique wines of Georgian provenance. Rkatsiteli Qvevri is made from Rkatsiteli grape variety. Wine is made in Qvevri with traditional method of fermentation. Full bodied, amber colour, has aromas of dried apricots, dried apples, honey and some dried flowers. It may pair with meat, fried fish and fried chicken.
