Aroma: Blackcurrant, mint, olive and earthy.
Palate: The sprinkle of spice, freshly rolled tobacco, dried mint and earth. The palate is very neatly contained, textured tannins balanced.
Conclusions: A classically styled Cabernet Sauvignon which is traditionally fermented in small parcels and aged in the finest French Oak. Flavour in a tight elegant structure with complexity and excellent cellaring potential.
Editor Choice: Beautiful wine that I know in some years to come will rate higher. Blackcurrant and hints of mint. Chocolate and smokey notes too. Best wine in an airport lounge I've ever had that's for sure.
