Cambus Distillery, which closed in 1993, was located in the city of stirling, which is midway between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Their single grain whiskies are now highly sought after by collectors.
Notes of vanilla and chocolate in the nose, paired with fruity touches of strawberry and apple. Sweet and sugary on the palate with a taste of honey, but also cinnamon and nutmeg. This experience of flavor is rounded up by a fine fruity finish with tones of melon.
