Preparation:
50 ml Bols Ginger
30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10 ml Sugar Syrup
1 ml White Egg
Shake all ingredients to emulsify the drink. Add ice and shake again to cool, strain in a rocks glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
