
Japanese GIN Aka Torii is a new craft gin infused with Japanese essence, made mainly from ingredients carefully selected from the local Saga Prefecture. Using natural spring water from the Tara Mountains, the mellowness of the subsoil water purified over many years by the rich natural environment helps to produce the unique flavor of Aka Torii. The beloved Aka Torii path of the Yutoku Inari Shrine symbolic of the local town. The Japanese pepper, seaweed, oyster shell, and wasabi leaf are said to impart the essence of Japanese “wa” (“harmony”) into the gin.
