Tonka Gin is produced in Germany using a selection of 24 botanical alongside the eponymous tonka bean. This tasty little seed of the Dipteryx odorata (check out that knowledge gained fresh from google) imparts a flavour profile similar to vanilla, but with a bit of a spicy edge to it.
Lemon meringue, white pepper, hearty juniper at the core.
