Cocktail Recipe: Corralejo Margarita
Ingredients:
50 ml Corralejo Reposado Tequila
15 ml yellow lemon juice
60 ml grapefruit juice
60 ml mango juice
15 ml orange liqueur
Smoked salt frosting
6 ice cubes
PREPARATION:
Put all the ingredients into a shaker with 6 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Then frost the glass with smoked salt and pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.
Garnish with yellow lemon skin and a bamboo skewer.

Muddle agave and orange slices in a cocktail shaker; add tequila and ice. Stir until well-chilled and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Add bitters and garnish with orange peel.
Cocktail Recipe: Paloma Tequila
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Corralejo Reposado
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 4 ounces grapefruit soda (or enough to fill the glass)
- Optional: salt (for rim)
Preparation:
If desired, rim a collins glass with salt. Begin by wetting the rim with a lime wedge, then roll it in a small dish of salt. Fill the glass with ice and add the tequila and lime juice. Top it off with grapefruit soda.
Cocktail Recipe: Cantaloupe Tequila Spritzer
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces cantaloupe puree
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces Corralejo Reposado tequila
- club soda
- cantaloupe and thyme sprigs for garnish
- ice
Preparation:
- Place the cantaloupe puree, lime juice, simple syrup and tequila in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill a collins glass with ice and pour the cocktail over.
- Top with club soda, then garnish with a thyme sprig and cantaloupe before serving.
