 Gascony Sauvignon Blanc from the Ferret family vineyards at Domaine Guillaman, this is picked early in the season and at low temperatures and cool-fermented before maturation on the lees. Highly expressive on the nose with mouthwatering aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and citrus, the palate is crisp and refreshing, Granny Smith apple and tart grapefruit providing a cleansing contrast to the sweet tropical fruits. Great as an aperitif or with grilled fish, shellfish or goat's cheese.
