Cocktail Recipe: Caribbean Rum Cocktail

 Caribbean Rum Cocktail: Gold Rum1 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum1 oz. Orange Juice 2 oz Pineapple Juice3 oz. Grenadine Splash  Garnish: Lime Wheel/Cocktail Umbrella

Ingredients:

    1 1/2 oz. Angostura Caribbean Rum

    1 oz. Coconut Rum

    2 oz. Orange Juice

    3 oz. Pineapple Juice

Preparation:

  1. Add ice, 1 oz. (30ml) of Angostura Caribbean Rum, coconut rum, orange juice and pineapple juice to mixing glass and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain mix into serving glass and add a splash of grenadine.
  3. Finish by layering 1/2 oz. (15ml) of Angostura Caribbean Rum on top of drink.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel and cocktail umbrella.

Caribbean Rum Punch with Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Rum, Dark Rum, Grenadine.

Ingredients:

    1/2 cup Grenadine

    1/4 cup Lime juice

    1 cup Orange juice

    1 cup Pineapple juice

    1/2 cup Angostura Caribbean Rum

Preparation:

Caribbean Rum Punch with Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Angostura Caribbean Rum, Grenadine.

 

Cocktail Recipe: Dark Rum and Tonic

Dark Rum and Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces Angostura Caribbean Rum

  • tonic water (Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water)

  • lime slices (for garnish)
  • Preparation:

    In addition to rum and tonic water all you need is a juicy lime. Fill up your glass with ice, pour in the rum and top off with tonic water. The bubbles should be enough to mix the drink but if not give it a good stir. Take a slice of lime and rub it around the rim of your glass before squeezing it into your drink. With each sip you’ll get sweet (rum), bitter (tonic water) and tart (lime) which results in a cocktail with some depth.
