Chateau La Mission Haut Brion 1994

Medium to deep, dark ruby-red in color. Notes of cedar & plentiful tobacco dominate black-cherry fruit on the nose. The dark fruit on the palate is a little flat, earthy & overlaid by cedar notes despite having good, fresh acidity. The structure is good & firm. Alcohol is balanced & the structured finish lasts well. This wine may pair with beef, lamb, poultry and game.

酒體呈中深至深寶石紅色。雪松和濃鬱的煙草香氣，掩蓋了黑櫻桃的果香。入口時，深色水果略顯平淡，略帶泥土氣息，儘管酸度適中，口感清新，但雪鬆的香氣依然蓋過了它。酒體結構良好，緊實。酒精度均衡，結構感十足，餘韻悠長。此酒可搭配牛肉、羊肉、禽肉和野味。
