Cocktail Recipe: Sparkling Margarita

The Sparkling Margarita

Ingredients: 

  • 20 ML COINTREAU
  • 30 ML BLANCO TEQUILA
  • 15 ML FRESH LIME JUICE
  • 1 BAR SPOON SIMPLE SYRUP
  • 1 SHAKE EDIBLE PEARLESCENT POWDER (OPTIONAL)

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice.

Shake and strain into a chilled flute.

Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lime twist.

Spicy Margarita

Ingredients: 

  • 50 ML BLANCO TEQUILA
  • 30 ML COINTREAU
  • 20 ML FRESH LIME JUICE
  • 2 SLICES JALAPEÑO
  • 2 SLICES FRESH CILANTRO

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

Add ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with a jalapeño pepper.

Ingredients:

  • 30 ML COINTREAU
  • 60 ML BLANCO TEQUILA
  • 30 ML FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 3 LEAVES FRESH BASIL

Preparation:

  • Muddle basil and jalapeño with Cointreau in shaker tin.

  • Add remaining ingredients.

  • 30 ML FRESH LIME JUICE
  • 120 ML FRESH CARROT JUICE

Preparation:

  • Muddle the basil in a highball glass 

  • Combine ingredients over ice

  • Sitr briefly

  • Garnish with a basil leaf

  • 50 ML RÉMY MARTIN V.S.O.P COGNAC
  • 15 ML FRESH LEMON JUICE

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake until well-chilled
  • Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass

Ingredients:

  • 60 ML BLANCO TEQUILA

  • Shake and strain into rocks glass over a large rock. Finish with ginger beer. 

  • Garnish with lime wheel and aromatic bitters.

  • 90 ML GINGER BEER

Ingredients:

  • 20 ML COINTREAU
  • 45 ML MOUNT GAY RUM
  • 20 ML FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 5 ML SIMPLE SYRUP
  • 2 COINS FRESH SLICED GINGER
  • 90 ML GINGER BEER

Preparation:

  • Muddle ginger in simple syrup in the bottom of a shaker.

  • Add Cointreau, rum, and lemon juice.

  • Shake and strain over ice. 

  • Top with ginger beer.
