Editor Choice: Japan's famous medicinal liqueur maker, Yomeishu, jumps into the Japanese craft gin scene with an herb-lover's dream of a gin. It uses kuromoji, an aromatic shrub native to Japan, as the prime botanical.

Recreating delicate scent of "Kuromoji" based on "KANOSHIZUKU ".
Adding herbs such as kuromoji and rosemary.
Using three ginger (ginger soup, ginger extract, dried ginger) to express the taste of ginger .

In quest of real ginger flavour, gingers from Kochi prefecture were selected. Pleasant acidity and rich gingery taste balanced with fruits juice and herbs.
