Pirosmani is a medium dry wine made from Saperavi. It has an intense ruby colour with a violet hue. On the nose there are notes of rope cherries with hints of prunes. Full, soft yet spicy and leads into an incredibly long and well, balanced finish. This wine may pair with baked ham and sausages.
