Description: Gascony Sauvignon Blanc from the Ferret family vineyards at Domaine Guillaman, this is picked early in the season and at low temperatures and cool-fermented before maturation on the lees.
Tasting notes: Highly expressive on the nose with mouthwatering aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and citrus, the palate is crisp and refreshing, Granny Smith apple and tart grapefruit providing a cleansing contrast to the sweet tropical fruits.
Pairing: Great as an aperitif or with grilled fish, shellfish or goat's cheese.
