No.4_SWEET. Shiraz grapes are steeped in gin for eight weeks, before being pressed to release ginny juice full of colour, flavour and natural, delicious sweetness. Drink it young and fresh with lemon tonic or bitter lemon, or enjoy it as it develops over time.
