Ki No Bi is made from a rice spirit,complemented by the addition of regional botanicals such as yellow yuzu, hinoki, sansho pepper, bamboo leaf, cave-aged ginger and fine gyokuro tea from the Uji region. KI NO BI uses a rice spirit base and peerless water sourced in the famous sake–brewing district, Fushimi.

Yuzu aromas pair perfectly with Japanese cuisine. Sansho aromas stimulates your appetite. Try Oyuwari with Japanese dishes such as Sushi, Sashimi, Yaki-zakana(Grilled fish) etc.

Preparation:
Using high-quality clear ice is key.
Combine both ingredients in a cup and stir.
In a Mizuwari you will find some sweetness coming from the Gyokuro.
