From the Signature Range at Cellier des Princes we bring you the award-winning top cuvée produced only in the best years, 2016 Les Hauts des Côteaux, from Grenache 90%, Mourvèdre 5% and Syrah 5%. Matured in oak barrels for 12 months and continuing in the bottle for several more months, this wine is issued from 60-year-old vines on the best hillsides producing a complex structure with vanilla, tasted notes and liquorice. Smooth and silky tannins and the long finish is spicy and elegant. A true classic.
