Aroma: Deep black-cherry colour, almost opaque. Very elegant, complex nose, with aromas of black fruit and lots of spice.
Palate: It is smooth and round in the mouth, with tannins whch are firm, yet silky and very sweet and which envelop the whole palate.
Conclusions: The finish is long, lingering, fresh and balanced with a hint of fine elegant tannins.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 16-18°c

Editor Choice: This wine has been made with the varieties Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo, from vines older than 30 years old. The picking is made by hand and it is aged in American oak barrels for 2 years and a half, followed by a 3 years bottle ageing.
