Chateau Matras 2007 Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classe

Tasting notes: Deep colour, very ripe nose delivering fragrances of jammy red fruits and a touch of dried fruit. Wonderful presence on the palate, fullness, fine-grained, velvety tannins. A melted, full Saint-Emilion that lingers. Lovely control over the vintage.

Pairing: This wine may be perfectly tasted with steak, roast lamb, poultry, as well as with game.
