Palate: Crisp and well balanced, delivering flavours of lemon blossom.
Conclusion: The fruit for this wine comes from two vineyards in the Eden Valley Region of South Australia. Upon receival at the winery, the grapes were chilled and lightly pressed into stainless steel tanks. The juices was then clarified and fermented at a reduced temperature, as the retain tne delicate aromatics.
