Aroma: Fruity with dates and peels, honey and a little marmalade, overripe grape and warm pastries.
Palate: Spicy with warm pastries, overripe grape, fruits, spices, warm pastries and orange peel.
Conclusions: Long with spices, fruits and peels.
Editor Choice: A rather smooth XO, some rich aromas of jasmine, a velvet structure, fruity candy notes. The heart is dominated by fig, and full prune, on the palate cinnamon and brioche. The finish lasts for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Wine pairing: Lobster, Shrimp, Spicy Crabs,Sea Bass, Smoked Salmon Croquette / Parmesan Cheese / Dessert Cake / Caramel Chocolate.
