Nose: Enough botanicals to make us wish we had five noses. Big notes of citrus, delicate menthol and flowers everywhere.

Ingredients:
- 2 ¾ oz Botanist Gin
- ¾ oz Dry vermouth
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice.
- Stir.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lemon twist or olives and enjoy.
Cocktail Recipe: Not Your Mama’s Sweet Tea
Ingredients:
- The Botanist Gin – 2 oz.
- Fresh Lemon – 1 oz.
- Maple Syrup – .25 oz.
- Sweet Tea – 2 oz.
- White Wine Aperitif – .5 oz.
Preparation:
- Combine The Botanist Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Maple Syrup, Sweet Tea and White Wine Aperitif in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Strain into highball glass over ice
- Garnish with lemon wheels
Cocktail Recipe: The Honey Harvest
Ingredients:
- The Botanist Gin – 2oz.
- Fresh Lime Juice – 1 oz.
- Sweet Vermouth – .75 oz.
- Rosemary Honey Syrup – .5 oz.
- Fresh Rosemary – 5 sprigs
Preparation:
- Combine The Botanist Gin, Fresh Lime Juice, Sweet Vermouth and Rosemary Honey Syrup in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Strain into highball glass with ice
- Garnish with Rosemary Sprigs
Rosemary Honey Syrup:
- Combine 1/2 cup of fresh honey and 4 rosemary sprigs in a small pot
- Add 1/2 cup of hot water, cover and steep for 10 minutes
