Description: About fifteen climatically and geologically privileged vineyards, located in the Rioja appellation area, allow this winery to produce high quality wines. A clear majority of Tempranillo is assembled with Graciano in this cuvee aged two years in French and Hungarian oak barrels.
Aroma: Fragrant very frank aroma of ripe red and black fruit such as cherries, currants and plums.
Tasting Notes: Notes of licorices, spices such as black pepper and cloves, toffee, vanilla and pastry on a background of eucalyptus, green tea leaves and peat. Mouth is unctuous, voluminous, fleshy and with good freshness. Live but polished tannins. Round, mouth with great retronasal of mature plum. Long and persistent. Tasty, vibrant, seductive
Pairing: Pair perfectly with gelatinous dishes such as lamb hands with mushrooms. Also ideal with roasted veal carré.
